Who knew I was sharing (and borrowing) media all along. I use Flickr, Facebook, Snapfish, YouTube and other media sharing tools and I never thought to lump them together under one title - Media Sharing.
I've been reading a lot about globalization in connection with Web 2.0 tools. The above video is one I enjoy and many of you are probably familiar with already. It reminds me to always look at what we have in common with others, rather than to look at our differences. I also marvel at Matt's simple brilliance. As someone who loves to travel, I think this young man is very smart and very fortunate.

This is such a cool video! I have never seen it before. Thanks for sharing it. I love the idea and isn't it so cool how it is shared through out the entire world on a silly little website (which is always blocked in schools) called Youtube!
ReplyDeleteMy district is finally seeing the light. We are moving towards allowing students to access these type of site and beginning to teach acceptable use of technology.
